Florence M. Shari

Florence M. Shari, 79, of Marietta passed away on Monday, March 2, 2009, at Marietta Center.

She was born on March 15, 1929, a daughter of the late Frank and Margaurite Traubel.  Florence was a member of the Grace Baptist Church.

On October 14, 1950, she married James H. Shari, Sr. who preceded her in death on September 16, 1999.

Florence is survived by one daughter and 2 sons:  Joyce (George) Bollard of Barto, PA, James (Lori) Shari, Jr. of Marietta, Jeffrey (Rochelle) Shari of Cincinnati, grandchildren:  Jennifer (Tom) Jump, Aaron Bollard, Corinne Bollard, Denise (Josh) Drespling, Steven Shari all of Pennsylvania, Christina (Chris) McMahon of Marietta, Kristen Shari and Brendon Shari of Cincinnati, Mike Shaver and Justin Dieffenbach of Pennsylvania, great granddaughter Autumn Lynn Drespling and a great grandson due in May, Kingston James McMahon.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday (March 6) at Grace Baptist Church in Devola with Pastor Hayes officiating. Visitation is on Friday at the church from 11:00 until the time of the service.   Burial will be in Putnam Cemetery.  McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.  On line condolences may be shared at:  www.mslfuneralhome.com.
