Floyd R. Duff

Floyd R. Duff, 84, of Marietta went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 12:03 pm at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born on August 17, 1937, in Marietta a son of Ottimire and Margaret Kitts Duff.

Floyd graduated from Lawrence High School and was employed by the Ohio Division of Transportation and previously had worked for Fenton Art Glass. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and his grandchildren. He was a member of Moose Lodge, Masons and Pinehurst Christian Church.

Floyd is survived by his sons, Ronald (Karen) Duff of Belding MI and Craig (Angela) Duff of Marietta; 4 granddaughters: Melissa, Sarah, Samantha, Breanna; grandson Eli, 3 great grandsons, 6 great granddaughters. He is also survived by his brother Eugene (Evaline) Duff of Whipple, sister Betty Robinson of Marietta, several nieces and nephews and forever family friend Richard (Debbie) Cutshaw of Marietta.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Floyd Randal Duff, brother John Duff, sisters, Dorothy Compton and Helen Robinson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday (Sept. 18) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial in East Lawn Memorial Park. Family will greet friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.Lankfordfh.com.
