Genevieve L. Wells

Genevieve L. Wells, 60, of Lower Salem passed away at her home Friday, June 21, 2013. She was born in Zanesville, OH, on December 2, 1952, a daughter of John W. Wagner of Zanesville and the late Rita M. Malone Wagner. Genevieve was a health care giver and was a very loving and caring person.

She married Charles Wells who survives with 1 daughter and 1 son, Ann (David) Long of Beverly and Miles Luke of the home; 4 grandhildren: Michael, Brian, Christopher and Kloe; 2 step daughters, Melissa and Ashley; 2 brothers and 2 sisters: Timothy Wagner, John Wagner, Rose Gobeli, Melanie Avendano and several nieces and nephews including those who were raised in her home: George, Jason, Renee, Terry Dawn and Toby.

She was preceded in death by her mother and grandson Anthony.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (June 25) at 10:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Father Christopher Foxhoven officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday afternoon beginning at 2:00 with family present from 2-4 & 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.lankfordfh.com.
