Glen E. “Lefty” Cline
Glen E. “Lefty” Cline, 98, passed away at The Pines at Glenwood on February 12, 2026 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on February 14, 1927, the son of Howard and Florence Cline. After serving in the U.S. Army, he had a forty-year career at the BF Goodrich Company. He was a member of the 6th and Washington Street Church of Christ for many years. Lefty was an avid golfer and played until his mid-nineties. He also loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his two sons, Ron (BettyAnn) and Ralph (Connie), three grandchildren, Alison (Chris) Van Skoik, Mollie (Matt) Huffman, and Kelly (Aaron) Kincaid. He also leaves behind six adoring great-granddaughters, Addie, Tess, and Celia Huffman, Layne Kincaid, and Ryan and Kate Van Skoik, brother-in-law Ward (Shelba) Cline, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Lefty was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth, of 70 years, daughter-in-law Kim Greene Cline, beloved grandson Cody Cline, sister-in-law Ruby Ullman, brother-in-law Ray Ullman, and three nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (Feb. 17) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Oak Grove Cemetery.
