Hazel Taylor

Hazel Taylor, 91, of Marietta, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2012, at The Arbors of Marietta. She was born on June 23, 1921, a daughter of Amos and Haddie Emory Elder. On May 5, 1945, she married Stanley Taylor who preceded her in death.

Hazel is survived by their 2 children: Barbara and her husband Patrick Oliver of Marietta and Bonnie Ford of Reno, 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 8 great, great grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters: Icy Elder of Williamstown and Freda Colossi of McConnelsville

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Stanley, son Michael Taylor, son-in-law Gary Ford, 2 great grandchildren, 2 sisters and 4 brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Friday (September 7) at 1:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial in Valley Cemetery.
