James Charles Coleman
James Charles Coleman. 67, of Lowell, passed away at his home at 12:50 am on Monday, April 25, 2011.
He was born in Parkersburg, WV, on August 31, 1943, a son of David and Lucille Stevens Coleman. He was employed by State of Ohio Department of Natural Resources and was a veteran of the U. S. Army. Jim was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time with family.
On July 3, 1978, he married Gloria Kay Noland who survives with 2 sons and 1 daughter: James Edward (Regina) Coleman of Waterford, John Eugene Coleman (Dachelle Stauffer) of Lowell, Stephanie Coleman (Shaun Hardie) of Marietta; 2 grandchildren, Lyndsey Gorrell and Katelyn Coleman, sister Caroline (Buddy) Campbell of Reno, 2 half brothers, Jack Coleman and Chub Coleman.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday (April 28) at 1:00pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial in East Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning at 2:00 on Wednesday with family present from 2-4 and 6-8.
