Janet L. Coutermarsh

Janet Coutermarsh, 73, of Marietta passed away Monday, Dec. 12, 2022, at the Arbors of Marietta. She was born on September 16, 1949 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Stanley and Marie (Ritchie) Bennett, Sr. She was a homemaker who loved to play Bingo and work puzzle books.

Janet married Clifton Coutermarsh who preceded her in death. Surviving is her son Charles Schultz, Sr. and grandchildren Justin Rexroad, Charles Schultz, Jr. , Aaron Schultz, Alexis Schultz. Also surviving is a sister Dianna Fitzgerald of Massillon, and brother Stanley Bennett, Jr of Belpre.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by a daughter Janice Schultz Rexroad, and granddaughter Mercedes Schultz.

Visitation will be held on Monday (Dec. 26) from 2 until 4 at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home followed by cremation.
