Jeremy M. Thomas
Jeremy M. Thomas, 37, of Marietta passed away at 9:50 pm, Saturday, October 21, 2017, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born July 31, 1980, in Marietta a son of Steve and Diane Adams Thomas of Marietta.
Jeremy was a member of Labors Union Local 639 and a member of B.P.O.E. 477. He was a graduate of Marietta High School and an ordained minister.
On July 7, 2007, he married Kristen Morgan who survives with 2 sons, Kal-El and Konnor Thomas, daughter, Mia Paige Thomas; 3 sisters: Michelle (Philip) Covey of Marietta, Stacy (Tim) Jaeger of Beverly, Stephanie Thomas of Marietta; his nephew Taylor Offenberger and several nieces; mother-in-law Tina (Ted) LeMasters, father-in-law Wesley (Carolyn) Morgan. He is also survived by maternal grandmother, Helen Adams; paternal grandmother-in-law, Garnet Thomas; grandparents-in-law, Randy and Marilyn Reed and Norma Morgan.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (Oct. 25) at 1:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Newport Cemetery. Family will greet friends on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.Lankfordfh.com.
