Joyce Ann Sanders Gunnoe

Joyce Ann Sanders Gunnoe, 78, of Marietta, passed away in Columbus on Saturday, (Nov. 12, 2011). She was born in Ironton on March 17, 1933, a daughter of Frank and Beatrice Pickens Sanders.

She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Wallace, of Marietta; two grandchildren, Adam (Dez) Wynn and Colt Wynn; two great-grandchildren, McKenna and Jozelyn Wynn; brother, Gary (Jody) Sanders; son-in-law, Ron Moats of Charleston; special cousins, Pat and Sharon Neal.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tamara Gunnoe-Moats; sister, Irene Smithers; and grandson, Samuel Wynn.

At her request, she will be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
