Kathryn B. Venham

Kathryn B. Venham, 92, of Marietta passed away at 4:39 pm, Friday, May 3, 2024 at Waterview Pointe.

She was born March 10, 1932 in Woodsfield, OH, to Richard and Nora Moore Williams. She life long member of the Church of Christ. Kathryn loved her family and friends and was very giving to all.

On December 23, 1953, she married Robert D. Venham who preceded her in death on June 22, 2014. She is survived by her son, Lanny D. Venham and daughter Sherry Lynn (Randy) Hazle; 5 grandchildren: Randy L. Hazle, Josh E. Hazle (Candace Ullman), Aaron I. Venham, Josh Larsen and Summer Richards; 2 great grandchildren, Shenna Mae Stephens and Lee Arthur Hazle. She was the last surviving member of a family of 11.

Her parents, husband and son Jimmy Lee Venham preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday (May 9) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Oak Grove Cemetery. Family will greet friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
