L. Louise Owens

L. Louise Owens, 81, of Marietta passed away 12:50 am, Friday, October 5, 2012 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born October 22, 1930 in Marietta to Elmer and Garnett (Bayless) Skinner. Louise was a homemaker and a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Louise married Louis E. Owens, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are children Jeannette Rowe of Marietta, Barbara Gregory (Richard) of Orlando, FL and Nancy Bigley (Michael) of Portland, OR. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Louise is also survived by 2 sisters.

In addition to her parents and husband she was precede in death by 11 brothers and sisters.

Louise was cremated and a graveside memorial service will be held in Salem, Ohio. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family and messages of sympathy may be sent at www.mslfuneralhome.com.
