Lloyd A. Flowers

Lloyd A. Flowers, 90, of Marietta passed away at 2:18pm, Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Waterview Pointe.

He was born August 15, 1934 in Marietta a son of Bert Flowers and Grace Campbell Flowers. He owned and operated his own painting business, Flowers General Painting.

Lloyd married Dorothy E. Whetstone who preceded him in death on November 12, 2020. He is survived by his 2 sons, Lloyd R. (Bonnelle) Flowers and James A. (Sandra) Flowers both of Marietta; 5 grandchildren: Meghan (Ron) Moore, Shannon (Donnie) Hopp, Adrienne (Nick Dahlstrom) Flowers, Rachel (Andrew) Ferrell and Cameron (Brittney Rose) Weckbacher; 4 great grandchildren: Lacey, Reghan, Lily and Finan and special little boy, Trae Nelms, and special daughter, Sherry Davis.

His parents preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday (April 14) at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Paw Paw Cemetery. Family will greet friends before the service from 9 until 11. Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.Lankfordfh.com.
