Lucille Ellen Greathouse
Lucille Ellen Greathouse, 80, of Marietta, passed away on Sunday (Dec.18, 2011) at 4:34 a.m. at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born on Dec. 12, 1931, at Newport, to Clyde Raymond and Mary Gail Tidd.
On Dec. 3, 1961, she married Dean Greathouse who preceded her in death on Jan. 16, 2002.
Surviving is one son, Roy Dale Greathouse of Marion, Ohio; three sisters, Mary E. Hanes of Newport, Ruby McElfresh and Carolyn Smith of Marietta; three brothers, Joseph A. (Bernadine) Tidd of Marietta, Ronald (Irene) Tidd and Raymond (Barbara) Tidd both of Newport.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and three brothers, Delbert, Earl and Thomas Tidd.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday (Dec. 21) at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Gale Lauderman officiating. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
