Mabel M. Arnold
Mabel M. Arnold, 90, of Caywood Road, Marietta, passed away on Tuesday morning, June 14, 2011, at 5:50 am at Harmar Place.
She was born on June 10, 1921, to the late Oscar and Minnie Pabst Stauch. She lived at Lebanon, Ohio and in 1928 moved to Mitchell Lane. She was a graduate of Marietta High School in 1939, and had worked at St. Clair building running the elevator, worked at the propeller factory and later worked at Sylvania Pottery.
On June 5, 1947, she married Orvin Joseph Arnold at St. Mary Catholic Church where she became a member. He preceded her in death on August 26, 1995.
She is survived by 3 sons: Ernest, Charles and David (Elaine) Arnold, 3 grandchildren: Todd, Tonya and Tiffany, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Friday (June 17) at 10:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. She will be burial beside her husband in St. John Catholic Church Cemetery at Churchtown. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3:00pm on Thursday.
