Mary Jane Davis

Mary Jane Davis, 88, of Jaycee Estates, passed away Sunday June 24, 2018 at Harmar Place. She was born July 8, 1929 in Marietta to George and Florence (Grub) Berg. She was a homemaker

On August 3, 1946 She married Oscar E. Davis who preceded her in death July 13, 2001. Mary is survived by 3 sons and a daughter: Charles E. (Kathy) Davis of Whipple, Roger L. (Connie) Davis of Marietta, Bob C. Davis of Marietta and Shirley A. Morrison of Marietta. Also surviving are grandchildren: Christopher E. Davis, Jason E. Davis, Amy D. Parrish, Carrie J. Lucas and Erin M. Kelley and 8 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son-in-law Tony Morrison and sisters Leora Dennis, Ilena Mayle, Juanita Kennedy and Martha Given and a brother Gale Berg.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Thursday, June 28th at McClure-Schafer-
Lankford Funeral with J.D. Conley officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning at 2 pm on Wednesday with the family present from 2 -4 and 6-8. Messages of Sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
