Neil E. Hinton
Neil E. Hinton, 78, of Marietta passed away at 12:30 am, Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at Heartland of Marietta.
He was born July 6, 1941, in Marietta a son of Albert and Mary Reed Hinton. Neil had been employed as a pipe fitter for Elkem Metals. He was a member of Tunnel United Methodist Church.
On January 2, 1966, he married JoAnn Carver who survives with one son and one daughter: Neil (Kathi) Hinton, Jr. and Holly (Jim) Leary both of Marietta, 5 grandchildren: Misty, Eric and Josh Hinton, Summer and Russell Erb; great grandchildren: Kaelyn, Ander and Anson Hinton and 2 sisters, Rose Santee and Jenny Hinton. His parents preceded him in death.
