Paul L. Curtis
Paul L. Curtis, 84, of Marietta passed away, Monday, October 31, 2016, at Heartland of Marietta. He was born November 2, 1931, to the late George Okey and Emma Stevens Curtis. Paul had attended Dart School and worked at the Pennington Bakery and The Corps of Engineers.
His wife Margaret Reynolds preceded him in death and he later married Irene Strauss who also preceded him as did his brothers, Elmer and Okey, Jr. and sister Sarah.
Paul is survived by 5 brothers and 3 sisters: Ronald of Hackney, Chester of McConnelsville, David of Illinois, Irvan of Bristolville, OH, Ivan of California; sisters: Bernadine of Marietta, Eloise of Salem, OH, Irma Jean of East Palestine, OH, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday (Nov. 3) at 11 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Leonard officiating. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
