Robert Louis Cole
Robert Louis Cole, 74, of Marietta went to be with the Lord at 10:00 am on Thursday, December 13, 2018, surrounded by his HAVAR family. He was born on June 6, 1944, in Marietta a son of Charles Warren and Janess Carmel Smith Cole.
Bob loved oldies music, especially Elvis Presley, John Deere Tractors, singing, bowling and Church. He was a member of the Open Door Baptist Church. He had participated in Special Olympics. Bob was employed at WASCO where he loved to work and hated to miss a day.
Bob will be missed by his HAVAR family and his fellow WASCO workers, and especially by his chosen family for over 25 years, Barbara, Larry and Kelly Mugrage.
A special “Thanks” to the HAVAR staff and Hospice for the special care they gave Bob in his final days.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday (Dec. 20) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with interment following in East Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 5 until 8 pm. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
