Robert S. “Bob” Camden
Robert S. “Bob” Camden, 79, of Whipple passed away Saturday, November 29, 2014, at his home. He was born February 11, 1935, at Germantown, Ohio, to John V. and Fay Lucas Camden.
Bob was a 1952, graduate of Salem Liberty High School. He was a U. S. Army veteran serving from September 1953 through September 1956. Bob worked at B. F. Goodrich and RJF International for 34 years.
Bob is survived by his wife Glenda Hockenberry Camden, two daughters: Trina (David) Cummings and Teresa (Steve) Howe and son Thomas (Kelly) Camden all of Marietta; two special grandchildren, Derek Howe and Stephanie Camden. He is also survived by two sisters, Jean Zimmerman of Caldwell and Evelyn Walters of Lower Salem. One brother Wilbert Earl “Russ” Camden is deceased.
Memorial services will be held Thursday morning (Dec. 4) at 11:00 at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Lou Verdi officiating.
