Ronald “Dean” Gerber
Ronald “Dean” Gerber, 84, of Marietta, formerly of Warner, passed away at 9:30am, Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Waterview Pointe.
He was born on November 8, 1939, at Warner to Ralph Gerber and Dorothy Stack Gerber. He was a member of Highland Ridge Community Church.
On October 17, 1959, he married Barbara Hockenberry who survives with 3 sons: Tim (Kathi) Gerber of Lower Salem, Mike (Denise) Gerber of Lower Salem and Scott (Debbie) Gerber of Marietta; 6 grandchildren: Nathan (Rachel) Gerber, Rachel (Wes) Granville, Whitney (Eric) Hoon, Cory (Brookeanne) Gerber, Ashley (Walker) Siers and Staci LeMasters, 6 great grandchildren and his brother Donald Gerber.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday (May 19) at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. Family will greet friends before the service from 1:00 until 3:00. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
