Russell E. Patterson

Russell E. Patterson, 84, of Marietta passed away at 8:23pm, Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

He was born January 20, 1941, in Marietta a son of Emmett Patterson and Mabel Francis Patterson. Russell attended the Open Door Baptist Church.

Russell married Bonnie Kimball who preceded him in death. He is survived by 2 sons, Kenny Patterson and Keith (Sandra) Patterson both of Marietta and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Roger and Robert Patterson and his sister, Dorothy Kuhn.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday (Apr. 10) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Gravel Bank Cemetery. Family will greet friends before the service from 9:00 until 11:00. Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.Lankfordfh.com.
