Russell Edward Davis

Russell Edward Davis, 68, of Fleming passed away at 12:50am, Thursday, October 8, 2015, at his home.

He was born October 5, 1947, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Virgil Edward and Pauline Marie Moneypenny Davis. Russell had worked in the oil field and later was employed in Environmental services.

On May 7, 1967, he married Sheila Crousser who survives with 3 daughters and 3 sons: Shelley (Mike) Zimmerman of Fleming, Jenny (Dick Keadle) Barre of Parkersburg, Rachael (Lindsey) Adkins of Belpre, Justin Davis of Fleming, Jared Davis of Phoenix, AZ, Jeremy Davis of Marietta, 11 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. He is also survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother: Doris White of Missouri, Dora Mae Gaudin of North Carolina, Arden Ray “Red” Davis of Florida, Karen Burch of Pennsboro, WV.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Beverly Arlene Richards.
