Sheryl “Sherry” Arnold

Sheryl “Sherry” Lamb Arnold, 57, of Marietta passed away at 4:36 pm, Friday, October 9, 2015, at Selby General Hospital. She was born June 24, 1958, in Marietta a daughter of the late Harold E. Lamb and Loretta Lamb Biehl of Marietta.

She was a nurse at Marietta hospitals. She enjoyed her career of nursing and her hobbies of stitching and quilting and spending time with grandchildren.

On November 20, 1976, she married David Arnold who survives with 2 sons and 1 daughter: Benjamin (Melissa) Arnold of Marietta, Megan (Matt) Miller of Thornville, OH, Scott Arnold of Marietta; 5 grandchildren: Jocelyn, Braylen, Lilly, Myla and Nolan and 2 brothers, Buck Lamb and Bill Lamb both of Marietta.

She was preceded in death by her son Nicholas Arnold, sister Serena Biehl and father Harold Lamb.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (Oct. 14) at 2:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Dr. Lloyd Dennis officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.Lankfordfh.com.
