Teresa Stanley ~ 79
January 19, 1947 ~ January 31, 2026

Teresa was born to Thelma and Francis Edgar Simpson in Marietta, Ohio. She graduated from Warren High School, Class of 1964. Teresa was a nurse’s aide and continued to care for elderly and children after leaving her profession. She will be remember for her kindness and love for everyone. She loved fishing and made the best fried bluegill and catfish. She was a proud member of Harbor Site Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Stanley, her sister Martha Schweikert, her brother Francis Simpson with wife Laura Simpson. She has 2 daughters, Susanna Robinson with her husband Demian Robinson and Jennifer Wears with her husband Raymond Wears. She was a grandmother of six—Moniqua Cove with husband Jared Cove, Mason Sturm, Nickole Miskimens with husband Jerome Miskimens, Kyle Wears, Cory and Kiely Wears. She was a great grandmother of eight great grandchildren-Jaxon and Murphy Craig, Paxton and Piper Sturm, Maleah, Annah, Mayah and Kaysen Miskimens. She had several nieces and nephews she dearly loved. She loved playing Bingo at the O’Neill Center and all her Bingo friends. She also enjoyed her friends at the Lowell and Marietta potluck lunches and Lowell Legion Post 0750 friends.

There will be a memorial and celebration of life in the spring with invitations and announcements being sent out with details in early spring.
