Thelma M. Cassady Raybould

Thelma M. Cassady Raybould, 92, of Marietta, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2013, at Hannah’s House. She was born on May 31, 1921, in Marietta a daughter of the late Edmond and Sadie Warren Cassady. She was a member of Sixth and Washington Church of Christ and in her later years attended Harbor Site Baptist Church.

Thelma is survived by 2 daughters and 1 son: Marty (Fred) Schweikert of Watertown, Teresa (Bob) Stanley of Lowell and Francis (Laura) Simpson of Marietta, 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Edgar Simpson, Cecil Crawford and Earl Raybould, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (Aug. 21) at 10:30 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Roger Rush officiating. Burial will follow in Watertown Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2:00 on Tuesday with family present from 2-4 & 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.lankfordfh.com.
