Viola Pearl Burkhart

Viola Pearl Burkhart, 87, of Marietta passed away at 5:00 am, Thursday, January 18, 2018, at Heartland of Marietta.

She was born January 8, 1931, in Washington County, to Clarence and Celora Ackerman Huntsman. Viola was a caregiver and a member of Fairview Heights Chapel.

She is survived by her children: Dave (Barb) Jackson, Richard (Debbie) Jackson, June (Mark) Edgell, Don (Sue) Jackson, daughter-in-law Deborah Jackson, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.

Viola was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands, Joe D. Burkhart and Kenny Jackson, son Jim Jackson, grandson Brad Edgell and several brothers and sisters.

At her request, she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family and messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
