Walter J. Rohrbach, Jr
Walter J. Rohrbach, Jr., 75, of Lower Salem, OH, went home to be with the Lord on July 2, 2012, at 11:15 pm at MMH.
He was born on December 26, 1936, in Stoneboro, PA to Walter and Mary Gallagher Rohrbach. He worked at Geneva Metal Wheel and drove taxicab for many years.
He is survived by his companion Joann Rorhbach, his son Robert James Rohrbach of PA, his daughter Bonnie Grinnell of Marietta, stepson Kenneth Rohrbach of PA, 4 grandchildren: Amy Bradley of PA, Sarah Wriston of Lower Salem, Douglas and Samanther Shetler of PA; 6 great grandchildren: Taylor and Summer Bradley of PA, Cecilia Wriston of Washington state, Preston and Carley Wriston of Ohio, Thomas Gieble of PA and 2 sisters, Jean Firster and Mary Joann Little of PA.
He was preceded in death by his grandson William Robert Rohrbach, his parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister and his second wife Helen Rohrbach.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday (July 7) at 1 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following at East Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Friday at the funeral home from 2-4 & -6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.mslfuneralhome.com.
