Winifred Jane “Winnie” Gutberlet

Winifred Jane “Winnie” Gutberlet, 77, of Marietta passed away at 6:15am, Friday, January 23, 2026, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born September 22, 1948, in Marietta, a daughter of William Beardmore and Genevieve Busch Beardmore.

Winnie was a graduate of Warren High School, Class of 1966 and retired from Kardex after 34 years of service.

On July 17, 1981, she married Keith Gutberlet who survives with their daughter, Jill Yarnell and son Mitchell (Renee) Gutberlet; grandchildren: Ashley (Josh) Yarnell, Andrew (Jackie) Yarnell, Angel Gutberlet, Alexsandria (Stephen) Gutberlet, Adam Yarnell, Zachary Gutberlet, Austin Yarnell, Asa Richards and Asia Richards; great grandchildren: Easton and Elliott Carroll, Kasy Sutton and one “little Carroll” that is not here yet.

She is preceded in death by her parents, infant sister, Amy, and daughter-in-law Jessica Gutberlet.

Funeral services will be held on Friday (Jan. 30) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Valley Cemetery. Family will greet friends at the funeral home on Thursday (Jan. 29) from 2-4 and 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
