    Shawna Jo Daugherty McKnight was born March 27, 1977, to Cathy (Hill) and Glen Daugherty in Marietta, Ohio. She passed away on October 21, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital due to health issues.
    She is survived by her daughter, Jacey Jo McKnight, husband, James McKnight, brother, Dustin (Mary) Daugherty, nieces, Kelsea (Sam) Bashioum and Kylie Daugherty, nephew, Kyle Daugherty, great niece and nephew, Oakleigh and Camden Bashioum, mother-in-law, Nancy (Ted) Ball, and many family members.

    Warren C. Brookover, 96, of Marietta passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Waterview Pointe. He was born February 5, 1929, in Williamstown, WV, a son of Luther Brookover and Lola Lauderman Brookover.
    Warren retired from Airolite. He like woodworking and love to build and tinker with things and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He and his wife loved to go to the mountains in the fall.

    He was born on August 24, 2007, in Marietta a son of Milton Eddy and Christina Myers Eddy. Gage was a Senior at Washington County Career Center in the Auto Collision and Refinishing Program and Frontier High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars, 4 wheeling and trail riding, and Ohio Means Jobs CCMEP. He attended Muskingum Valley Baptist Church.

    Phyllis Jean Brown Offenberger, 78, of Marietta, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2025, at Marietta Heights Post Acute Care, surrounded by loving staff who cared for her, following long-term health challenges.
    Born on October 28, 1946, in Bellevue, Pennsylvania, to Ruby Kathleen Earley and Pearley Leroy Brown, Phyllis lived a life defined by love, faith, and devotion to her family and community. A lifelong resident of Marietta, Phyllis was a pillar of strength and warmth. As a teenager, she worked diligently at Best’s Grocery, her family’s store, showcasing her strong work ethic. Later, she brought her creativity and charm to roles with Queens Way to Fashion and American Greetings. Throughout the years, she worked and volunteered in many capacities in the school system as her girls were attending various schools locally. A 50-year cancer survivor, Phyllis faced life’s challenges with remarkable resilience and grace.
