Vance Cogar. 83, of Marietta, passed away November 17, 2013 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus.
Vance was born to Opal Cogar on Spetember 19, 1930 in Braton County, West Virginia. . He was a kind person and a bit eccentric. Vance liked to collect stamps.and was a veteran of the US Air Force and had served in the Korean war. He had been an independent truck driver for several years.
