Faye Rosetta Brookover

Faye Rosetta Brookover, 87, of Marietta passed away at her home surrounded by her family on July 11, 2017.She was born September 7, 1929 in Marietta to Pearl and Bessie (Treadway) McCain.  Faye loved sewing, quilting, flower gardening and camping.  She really enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

On February 16, 1947, Faye married Warren Brookover who survives with daughters Sandy Bee of Racine, Cindy (Tom) Cline of Reno and Kim (Robby) Clark of Marietta and a “son” Gene (Cheryl) McCain.  Also surviving are grandchildren Joshua Shaner, Eric, Todd, and Troy Bee, Aaron Clark, Sarah Mcleish, Leanna Lowe, Mike, Jeff, Doug and Warren McCain,  15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by a son-in-law Rod Bee, and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Saturday July 15th at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 6pm to 8pm Friday evening and Saturday morning prior to the service.  Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
