Lois J. Graham Blackford

Lois J. Graham Blackford, 83, of Marietta passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017, at The Arbors of Marietta. She was born March 31, 1934 in Marietta to George and Ruth Patterson Graham.

Lois graduated from Marietta High School in 1952. She was employed for 30 years at the Washington County Engineer’s office. Lois was a member of the Sixth and Washington Street Church of Christ, Pioneer Ladies Civitan Club, Fenton Finders of Mid-Ohio Valley and collected Fenton glass.

On October 12, 1973, she married Gerald “Jerry” Blackford who preceded her in death on June 4, 2011. Lois is survived by her three nephews, James Barr, David Barr and Gary Casto.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 2 sisters, Mildred Casto and Mary Barr, and nephew, Steven Casto.

Funeral services will be held on Friday (Dec. 1) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Roger Rush officiating. Interment will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park.
