Stephen K. Johnson
Stephen K. Johnson, 64, of Marietta passed away July 29, 2017, at his home. He was born June 29, 1953, in Marietta a son of Earl W. Johnson and Inez D. Turner Johnson.
He had worked for Vadakin Manufacturing for 20 years. He was a private, quiet man but would give you the shirt off his back.
Steve is survived by his mother and brothers and sisters: Earl D. Johnson of Jackson Hole, WY, Patricia A. Carpenter (Don Sprague), Terry R. (Karen) Johnson and Peggy (Jeffrey) Ferrebee all of Marietta and several nieces an nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and stepmother Donna Johnson.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday (Aug. 3) at 10:30am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with the family greeting friends from 9:30 until the time of the service. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
