Paul J. Antill
Paul J. Antill, 74, of Marietta, passed away at his home at 1:00 am on Thursday, December 17, 2009.
He was born on October 1, 1935, in Washington County, Ohio, to Clarence and Edna Davis Antill. Paul had been employed at Crane-Chem Pump at Belmont, WV, as a machinist. He was a member of the Harmar Hill Church of Christ and preached at several local churches.
On November 17, 1954, he married Leona Lauer who preceded him in death on September 21, 2009. He is survived by 2 sons: Gerald (Diana) Antill of Reno and Kevin E. Antill of Marietta; 3 grandchildren: Mike, Calvin, and Christopher Antill, 2 brothers and 1 sister: Carl (Jean) Antill of Woodsfield, Wilbert (Joyce) Antill of Warner, Bonnie Hill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brother Larry, half brother Wayne.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 21st, at 1:30 at Harmar Hill Church of Christ with Bob Vincent officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home beginning Saturday at 2:00, with family present on both Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8.
