Anna Evelyn Piatt

Anna Evelyn Piatt, 100, of Marietta passed away at 7:55 pm, Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born on July 24, 1924 in Rinard Mills, OH, to James Olive Haney and Cora Williams Haney. Anna was a homemaker.

Anna married Clarence Emil Piatt, who preceded her in death on December 17, 2019. She is survived by her son Roger Dean (Dorothy) Piatt of Graysville, her daughters, Donna Jean (Kenneth) Rinard of Clyde, OH and Wanda Eileen (Dale) Fleeman of Dalzell; 8 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and her brother Leslie Leland Haney.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter-in-law Shirley Piatt, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday (Mar. 14) at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Tim Fleeman officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
