Harold Ray Miller

Harold Ray Miller, 90, of Marietta passed away April 13, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born November 12, 1934 in Marietta to Clifford Joseph and Lucille Mamie (Payne) Miller. Harold was a graduate of Marietta High School and Marietta College. Harold was a veteran of the United State Army. He taught most of his career with Marietta City Schools as a math teacher.

Surviving is his wife Joyce (Johnson) Miller, and children Jana (Loren) Santiago of Elyria, OH, Julie (Todd) Harrop of Delaware, OH, Kyle (Susie) Miller of Marysville, OH, Kelly Bishop and Kristi (Aaron) Cowdery both of Marietta. Also surviving are grandchildren Megan, Justin (Michelle), Jared, Aaron, Kelly, Katie, Ashley, Lindsey, Peyton, Rowen, and Jaxon; and great grandchildren Cecelia and Makenna. Also survived by brother Gilbert (Wanda) Miller and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by brothers Gale and Glen Miller, and a sister Helen Grace.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm on Wednesday, April 16th at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Stuhmer officiating. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
