Jarrod “Scott” Davis

Jarrod “Scott” Davis, 56, of Lowell, passed away at his home on April 13, 2025. He was born January 10, 1969, in Marietta, to George Ellis and Patricia Lee (Pierson) Davis. Scott had worked at Fenton Art Glass and was a member of the West Virginia National Guard. He enjoyed working in the Oil & Gas Industry and had been employed by the Carpenter Well Service Company. Scott had attended Coal Mining School. He loved being outdoors, cooking on the grill, woodworking, riding his motorcycle and just being with his family.
Surviving is Christy Petry and her sons, Zeph, Brighton and Jãph; daughters Ashley Davis, Jazmine Davis and Haley Davis and grandchildren Hayden Tunnel and Liam Bennett. Also surviving are brothers and sisters April Buckley, Eva Sylvester, Kerry Griffin, and Amber Ross; and nieces and nephews Jami Chambers, Isaac Ross, Elijah Ross, Remi Ross and Noah Ross.
In addition to his parents, Scott was preceded in death by brothers Michael “Shane” Davis and Gary Griffin, and a nephew Keith Davis.
Funeral services will be held 1 pm on Thursday, April 17th at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. Friends may call on Thursday from 11 am until the hour of service. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
