Allen M. Anderson
Allen M. Anderson, 84, of Fleming passed away at 4:10 pm on Tuesday June 24, 2025 at Akron General Hospital.
He was born on June 10, 1941 at Fleming to Carleton Anderson and Ruth Jenkins Anderson. Allen was an Oil & and Gas Producer and enjoyed farming his entire life. He was a member of the Belpre Church of Christ.
On October 31, 1960 he married Joan Wynn, having celebrated 64 years of marriage, who survives with sons David Anderson, Jeff (Pam) Anderson and Brian (Randy) Anderson all of Fleming. Also surviving are grandsons, Justin Anderson and Codi Anderson, great grandchildren Hannah Anderson and Carter Anderson, a brother Eldon “Bud” Anderson and a sister Ann Swick.
In addition to his parents, Allen, was preceded in death by sisters Barbara Huffman and Betty Mercer and brothers Vernon Anderson and Danny Anderson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday, June 28th at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial to follow in Tunnel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from Noon on Saturday until the hour of service. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
