Patrick M. Fleming

Patrick M. Fleming, 56, of Boaz, West Virginia, passed away at him home on Wednesday, February 22, 2012.

He was born on June 5, 1955, in Akron, Ohio, a son of Carl and Ida Jean Jarvis Fleming. He graduated from Williamstown High School in 1973, Glenville State College with a teaching degree in 1977 and had taught math and computers in Ritchie County. He was an avid gun collector and enjoyed shooting and collecting interesting toys. He was a dedicated teacher and was very patient and kind to others. Pat was a very devoted son and retired early to take care of his parents.

Surviving is his mother, Ida Fleming; brothers, Ron Fleming (Theresa) of Woodbridge, VA and Terry Fleming (Barbara) of Scottsdale, AZ and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services will be held on Monday (Feb. 27) at 1:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with visitation on Sunday evening from 5 until 8.
