Richard LeRoy West
Richard LeRoy West, 83, of Marietta died Monday September 7, 2026 at Elison Assisted Living.
He was born July 25, 1943 in Marietta, Ohio to LeRoy and Josephine (Dunham) West. He was a graduate
of Marietta High School with the class of 1962 and served in the US Army 1966-1968.
He is survived by his only brother William C. West (Bea) and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Barbara (Leone) West and his sisters: Linda Laird, Betty Miller and Rebecca Westerman.
Richard requested no services. Internment will be beside his wife, Barbara, at the Glenwood
Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Goochiand County, Virginia.
