LeaAnn Borland

LeaAnn Borland, 57, of Newport, Ohio, passed away at 6:30 pm on Sunday, August 5, 2012, at The Arbors.

She was born on June 1, 1955, in Alliance, Ohio, a daughter of the late Leo J. Borland and Shirley Haessly Borland of Newport.

She is survived by her son Christopher (Amy) Butts of Millers Port, OH; 3 grandchildren, and 2 brothers James L. Borland of South Carolina and Rick R. Borland of Newport.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter.

At her request, she was cremated and no services will be observed. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Messages of sympathy may be sent at: www.mslfuneralhome.com.
