Roger E. Schilling

Roger E. Schilling, 53, of Barlow went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, December 14, 2012. He was born in Marietta on July 1, 1959, to Bernard E. and Shirley Bohl Schilling of Barlow.

Roger was employed by Rauch Cabinet Shop and enjoyed woodworking and working on small engines. He also enjoyed fishing and was a member of Loyal Order of Moose, and was a member of Barlow Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his parents, his sister, Pat (Bob) Martin and brother, Doug (Michelle) Schilling; nieces Angie Martin, Desiree (Joe) Sigman, nephew Doug (Becky) Schilling, Jr., several great nieces and nephews and close friends, Richard Armstrong, George Klintworth, Tony Lang and Gary Loynachan.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (Dec. 18) at 11:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Hastings officiating. Burial will follow at Barlow Central Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday after 2:00 with family present from 2-4 & 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.mslfuneralhome.com.
