    Ronald W. Ruble, 83, of Marietta passed away at 11:00 am, November 18, 2024, at Harmar Place. He was born August 17, 1941, at Kaneougha, OH, a son of the late Raymond O. and Elsie Pratt Ruble.
    He served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1959 to 1963 and served in the first battalion of the sixth Marine Second Marine division in the Cuban Missile Crisis–Bay of Pigs.

    Born on January 24, 1949 in Marietta, Ohio, Shirley was the daughter of Hazel Heslop. She was a woman of great strength, warmth, and grace, and her kindness touched all who had the privilege of knowing her. Shirley grew up in Whipple, Ohio and attended Lawrence High School, where she developed lifelong friendships.

    Bonnie Jean Wagner, 79, of Marietta passed away at 8:55pm, Thursday, November 7, 2024 at Marietta Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family.
    Bonnie was born on March 14, 1945, in Lower Salem, OH a daughter of Robert Wagner and Irene Miller Wagner. She graduated from Salem Liberty High School. She was employed as a live-in care giver. Bonnie enjoyed spending time with her family, playing Bingo, working jigsaw puzzles and game shows.

She was a 1948 graduate of Marietta High School. There she met the love of her life, Kenneth N. Carver. They married on December 29, 1948 and were blessed with almost 73 years together before his death on November 9, 2021.
