    Ileen Sciance Schwendeman, 89, of Marietta passed away at her home at 8:22 am on Wednesday, June 10, 2020.
    She was born May 2, 1931, in Marietta a daughter of Howard and Jessie Flowers Sciance. She had been employed at B.F. Goodrich and RJF International. She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church.

    Charles M. Wasson, 91, of Macksburg, OH, passed away at 3:38 pm, Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born November 7, 1928, in West Virginia a son of David E. and Ethel Fulton Wasson.
    Charles was employed as an electrician with I.B.E.W. Local 972 and was a member of Macksburg Masonic Lodge for 65 years.

    Mary A. Canterbury, 76, of Waterford passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, June 7, 2020, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
    She was born on May 4, 1944, in Marietta. She was the daughter of Walter H. and Alice E. (Kern) Klinger. She graduated from Fort Frye High School in 1962 and attended Valley Beauty School. She was a beautician for over 46 years. Mary was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church and the Catholic Women’s Club. Her interests included playing cards and spending time with her family and friends. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She will be remembered for her kindness, infectious laugh and caring ways.

    Sandra M. “Sandy” Morrow, 80, of Marietta passed away at 8:53 am, Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Harmar Place.
    She was born on May 23, 1940, in Caldwell, OH, a daughter of James and Mary Elizabeth Stevens Orr. Sandy was a graduate of Lower Salem High School and retired from Marietta Food Center.

    Richard William Hendricks, of Vienna, WV, died in his home on June 1st, 2020 at the age of 66.
    Richard was born on December 23, 1953 to Ralph and Pearle Hendricks of Newport, OH. A lifelong resident of the Mid-Ohio Valley, Richard was a graduate of Frontier High School and earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Hocking College. He lived many years in Newport, OH and Belmont, WV before moving to Vienna.

    Virginia Haley Weinstock, 90, of Marietta, Ohio, died on June 1, 2020.
    She was born in Athens, Ohio, March 31, 1930, daughter of the late Dewey George and Margaret Hankison Haley. In October, 1991, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Weinstock, whom she married May 30, 1951, and by her sister Jean Elizabeth Haley. Virginia graduated from Marietta High School.
