On July 5, 2023, Paula Dawn Brockmeier passed away peacefully and joined her heavenly family who passed before her.
Paula was born June 24, 1968, in Marietta, Ohio. Paula was a graduate of Marietta High School and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She was retired from Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Services.
Paula loved Marietta High School Soccer and was a strong supporter. She also volunteered her time helping many over the past few years.
Michael A Sinnett Sr, 68, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away on July 4th, 2023.
He is survived by his brother, Robert Sinnett Jr (Pat) of Marietta Ohio, his sister, Shelly Forinash(Robby) of Marietta Ohio, his son, Michael A Sinnett Jr (Tia) of Idaho, his daughter, Jennifer Starcher (Tony) of West Virginia, his son, Andrew Hall (Heather) of Marietta, Ohio.
Teresa Marsee Crane, 58, of Marietta passed away at 2:26 pm, Sunday, July 2, 2023, at University Hospital in Cleveland.
She was born January 2, 1965, in Marietta a daughter of Williard Lee Marsee, Sr. and Ruth Ann Brown Marsee. She was an excellent homemaker and beloved mother.
R. Lester Anderson, 89, of Riverview Road, Marietta, died July 1, 2023. He and his late wife, Eloise Anderson, were longtime members of Christ United Methodist Church, Marietta, and of the Marietta College community, where Les was a former department chair and retired professor of physics and astronomy. He was a 1951 graduate of Parkersburg High School, a 1955 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Marietta College, and joined the Marietta faculty in 1961 after completing his Ph.D at Penn State.

David L. “Si” Colvin, 61, of Marietta passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born in New Martinsville, WV to the late Victor H. Colvin and Glenda Wright Colvin.

Robert C. “Bud” Davis, 79, of, Marietta passed away Thursday, June 22, 2023, at Marietta Memorial Hospital surrounded by family and friends. He was born September 27, 1943, in Marietta to Howard M. Davis and Catherine M. Biehl Davis.
Bud graduated from Salem Liberty High School in 1961. After graduation he joined the U. S. Army and served with the National Guard for 22 years He worked for a short time at American Cyanamid and later worked for Dupont for 33 years.
Richard G. Stewart, 93, of Marietta passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at home. He was born June 9, 1930 in Rosemont, WV a son of Alliston Paul Stewart and Marjorie Pearl Waller Stewart.
He was a maintenance Welder for Union Carbide/Elkem for 32 years. He was affiliated with United Methodist Church, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a talented wood worker.
