Charles J. “Chuck” Ullman
Charles J. “Chuck” Ullman, 74, of Lower Salem passed away June 2, 2016, at Grant Hospital in Columbus, OH. He was born May 17, 1941, in Lower Salem to Walter and Mabel M. Jacobs Ullman.
Chuck was employed by Penn Line Telephone Co., was an oil field worker and retired from Donald Morris Saw Mill Company. He was a member of Moose Lodge of Lowell.
He is survived by his sister Beatrice Violet Ullman of Lower Salem; 2 nephews, Steven Hesson of Lower Salem and Monty Ford of WI; 2 nieces, Tanya Hesson Neville of Lower Salem and Carla Ford of Las Vegas; 2 great nephews U. S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class James D. Neville of Norfolk, VA and U. S. Marine Corps LCpl. Lukas A. Neville of Quantico, VA; great niece Lacey Shimer Kaiden of Williamstown; 2 great, great nieces Isabelle and Payeton Kaiden.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Roger Ullman and Lester Ullman; sisters Nettie Ford and Carol Hesson.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (June 8) at 1:00 pm at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Salem Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 4 Until 8. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
