Katherine “Katie” Hess

Katherine “Katie” Hess,29, of Marietta went to to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. She was born April 24, 1987 in Parkersburg to Garry and Ann Zimmer Hess.

Katie graduated from Marietta in 2006 and was a member of the Sandhill United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her parents and her step mother Patricia Hess, a brother Aaron Hess, a nephew Joshua Burke and nieces Indeka and Alize Hess and many friends.

Katie was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Oliver Kenneth and Francis Louise Hess and maternal grandparents David and Louise Zimmer.

A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to the Humane Society of the Mid-Ohio Valley 90 Mt. Tom Road, Marietta, OH 45750.
