William E. Giffin
William E. Giffin, 66, of Fleming, Ohio, passed away at 12:21 am, Thursday, February 15, 2018, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
Bill was born January 10, 1952, in Marietta a son of Asa Earl and Pauline Elouise Binegar Giffin. He was a carpenter and worked in construction.
Bill is survived by 2 daughters, Erica (Jerry) Williams of Fleming and Lisa Giffin of Summerville, SC; 2 grandchildren, Wyatt and Slade Williams; 2 sisters, Sandra Seevers and Mary (Bill) Bee and brother Earl (Cheryl) Giffin.
