Cecil Frederick Sarver

Cecil Frederick Sarver, 82, of Marietta passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018, in Harmar Place. He was born on September 8, 1935, in Marietta a son of Rollie and Tillie Best Sarver.

Cecil was a graduate of Marietta High School and had served in the U. S. Air Force. He retired after 35+ years from Fenton Art Glass as a press operator.

Cecil married Donna Sarver who preceded him in death in 2008. He is survived by their children: Rebecca (Aaron) Manuel of Marietta and Kathy (James) Sisler of Reynoldsburg; grandchildren: Meranda (Christopher) Bartmess, Jamie Sisler Hoy. Matthew (Melissa) Sisler, Jeff Hudson, Cecil (Caren) Sisler and Mike Hudson; great grandchildren: Alexandra McKitrick, Tyler Jones, Madie Emerick, Haylee Jones, Austin Sisler, Eli Sisler, Sean Hudson, Autumn Hudson, Dylan Sisler, Landen Sisler, Mikey Hudson, Kinley Bartmess.

He was preceded in death by brothers Albert and Gene Sarver and sisters, Helen Poole, Thelma Wright and Sue Martin.

According to his wishes, he will be cremated and wants his life to be celebrated. No services will be observed at this time. McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
