Benjamin Randall Bruce
Benjamin Randall Bruce, 29, of Marietta passed away December 6, 2018, at Dearfield Beach, Florida.
Born December 22, 1988, in Marietta, a son of Frederick E. Bruce , Jr. and Janet L. Sprague Bruce of Marietta. Ben was a graduate of Marietta High School and attended WVUP in Parkersburg. He was employed by Carlson Environment Consultants as a heavy equipment operator.
Ben is survived by his parents, step-son Bransan Thrasher of Marietta, fiancé Heather N. Thrasher, brother Samuel Adam Bruce of Marietta, half brother Chad (Heather) Bruce of St. Clarisville, OH, half sister Tiffany (Todd) Fouty of Marietta. He also survived by grandparents, Fred and Nora Bruce of Marietta, Donna Lou Farley of Marietta and Randall T. Sprague of Vienna, WV and several aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday (Dec. 13) at 10:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home followed by cremation. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8. Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.Lankfordfh.com
